1. 6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick) -
2. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -
3. 2 tablespoons vinegar -
4. 2 teaspoons brown sugar -
5. 1/2 teaspoon pepper -
6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder -
7. 1/2 teaspoon paprika -
8. 3/4 cup ketchup -
9. 1/3 cup hot water -

How to cook deliciously - Barbecue Pork Chops in the Oven

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Arrange the pork loin chops in a large cast-iron or ovenproof skillet, overlapping them slightly if needed.

2. Stage

In a medium bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, pepper, chili powder, paprika, ketchup and hot water. Stir until the brown sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well-blended. Pour the sauce evenly over the pork chops, making sure each chop is well-coated.

3. Stage

Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Carefully turn the pork chops over with tongs and then continue baking for an additional 20 minutes or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F and the sauce has thickened.
