1. 1 boneless pork loin roast (2 pounds) -
2. 1 cup barbecue sauce -
3. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
5. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
8. 16 slices sourdough bread -
9. 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped -
10. 3/4 cup mayonnaise -
11. 8 slices cheddar cheese -
12. 2 plum tomatoes, thinly sliced -

How to cook deliciously - BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

1. Stage

Place pork in a 3-qt. slow cooker. Combine the barbecue sauce, onion, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper; pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until meat is tender. Remove meat. Shred with two forks and return to slow cooker; heat through.

Place bread on ungreased baking sheets. Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
