2 . Stage

Soak the beans in advance for at least 4 hours (I soaked them overnight and cooked them in the morning). Then I put the beans in a pot, pour water at a ratio of 1:5. Bring to a boil, turn down the heat and cook until ready. It took me about 45 minutes. Drain all the water from the cooked beans.

3 . Stage

I put the beans in a deep bowl, pour the water in. Using a blender I grind the beans into a puree. I add vegetable oil, salt, flour to the puree. Knead a homogeneous dough. It should be thick enough (not fall off the spoon).

4 . Stage

I peel the tomatoes in their own juice. I shred them with a blender until homogeneous (together with the juice). I pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put finely chopped onion and fry for 2 minutes. Then I add tomatoes in their own juice, oregano, coriander, ground white pepper, bay leaf, paprika. I do not add salt to the sauce, because the tomatoes have enough (in my opinion).

I bring the sauce to a boil and dip the dumplings in it. I formed them with my hands soaked in cold water. You can also form the dumplings with a teaspoon. I cover the pan with a lid and stew the dumplings in the sauce for 15 minutes.
