1. Butter - 2 tablespoons
2. Sliced fresh mushrooms - 1 cup
3. Chopped onion - ⅓ cup
4. Lean ground beef - 1 pound
5. All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
6. Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
7. Seasoning salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Ground paprika - ½ teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
10. Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
11. Sour cream, or more to taste - ¾ cup
12. Liquid smoke, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
13. Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Beef Stroganoff with Ground Beef

1. Stage

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and onions and saute until onions have turned translucent, about 5 minutes. Add ground beef and cook and stir until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with flour, garlic powder, seasoning salt, paprika, and pepper; stir until mixed in.

2. Stage

Add condensed soup, sour cream, liquid smoke, and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to medium, and cook and stir until sauce has thickened, 5 to 7 minutes.
