1. Sirloin steak, cut into bite size strips 1 pound
2. Onion, chopped 1
3. All-purpose flour 1 ½ tablespoons
4. Salt ¾ teaspoon
5. Paprika ¼ teaspoon
6. Ground black pepper ⅛ teaspoon
7. Condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can
8. Fat free sour cream 1 ¼ cups
9. Egg noodles 1 (8 ounce) package

How to cook deliciously - Beef Stroganoff with Steak

1 . Stage

Brown steak strips in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain excess fat. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes, or until tender. Stir in flour, salt, paprika, and ground black pepper.

Stir in soup; reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
