2. Swai fish - 4 (4 ounce) fillets
3. Margarine - 2 tablespoons
4. Dry white wine - ¼ cup
5. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
6. Chopped fresh cilantro (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
7. Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
10. Paprika - 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Seasoned Swai Fish Fillet

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a shallow pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place fish fillets into the prepared pan.

Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat. Mix white wine, lemon juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, and black pepper into melted margarine; simmer for 2 minutes. Generously spoon sauce over fish fillets. Sprinkle fillets with paprika.
