Medallions (d = 6-7 cm) - can be made from cooked steaks, or a large turkey breast. Mix the marinade for medallions: in a small bowl, put honey, add soy sauce, stir well, then add spices (garlic 1 tsp + paprika 1 tsp + turmeric 0.5 tsp.), stir in olive oil. The mixture should be homogeneous (slightly thickened).

Marinate the prepared turkey medallions, put them in the refrigerator for 3 hours or more... (12 hours in my case).

Prepare the vegetables for baking: wash and peel - potatoes + pumpkin + carrot + root celery in equal quantities, or use vegetables to your liking. Cut the vegetables into coarse julienne strips in a food processor (French fries attachment).

Prepared vegetables put in a baking sleeve, add spices (2 tsp. minced garlic + 2 tsp. paprika + 0.5 tsp. turmeric + 1.5 tsp. dried rosemary + 0.5 tsp. salt), and 2 tbsp. olive oil. Secure the sleeve, shake slightly to mix the vegetables with each other and with the spices. Place the sleeve on a baking tray, set aside (do not put it in the oven yet). Turn on the oven. Marinated medallions of turkey fry on a heated grill pan for 2-3 minutes on both sides, medallions lightly salt (0.5 tsp.), pepper. Open the sleeve with the vegetables on one side, spread the roasted turkey medallions on top of the vegetables, sleeve again secure. Do not pierce the sleeve (with this method of cooking, turkey meat will remain juicy and soft, and the vegetables will cook much faster). Bake the dish at 200 C for about 30-35 minutes.
