Medallions (d = 6-7 cm) - can be made from cooked steaks, or a large turkey breast. Mix the marinade for medallions: in a small bowl, put honey, add soy sauce, stir well, then add spices (garlic 1 tsp + paprika 1 tsp + turmeric 0.5 tsp.), stir in olive oil. The mixture should be homogeneous (slightly thickened).

Do not pierce the sleeve (with this method of cooking, turkey meat will remain juicy and soft, and the vegetables will cook much faster). Bake the dish at 200 C for about 30-35 minutes.
