1. Diced peeled potatoes - 12 cups
2. Frozen sliced carrots - 12 cups
3. Frozen peas - 12 cups
4. Frozen lima beans - 12 cups
5. Frozen cut green beans - 9 cups
6. Diced celery - 9 cups
7. Small shell pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
8. Water to cover - 1 (16 ounce) package
9. Tomato sauce - 4 quarts
10. Chicken broth - 2 (32 ounce) cans
11. Ground beef - 10 pounds
12. Diced onions - 4 cups
13. Salt - 3 tablespoons
14. Dried basil - 2 tablespoons
15. Pepper - 1 ½ teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Beefy Vegetable Soup

1. Stage

In several large kettles, combine the first seven ingredients. Add water to cover. Add tomato sauce and broth.

In other large skillet, cook ground beef and onions until meat is browned and crumbly, about 5 minutes. Drain. Add to vegetable mixture. Season with salt, basil and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-1/2 hours or until celery is tender.
