How to cook deliciously - Best-Ever Lemon Tart
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350º. In the bowl of a food processor, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt and pulse to combine. Add butter and water and pulse until mixture is sandy and no large pieces of butter remain.

Place an 11" tart pan on a medium baking sheet and grease with cooking spray. Press crust mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan in an even layer.

Make the filling: In a large bowl, combine sugar, eggs, lemon juice, butter, heavy cream, lemon zest, and salt. Whisk until completely smooth and emulsified, then pour into crust.

Bake until filling is set (it can jiggle a little in the center), 26 to 30 minutes.
