Ingredients for - Black Bean Hummus

1. Black beans - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Garlic - 1 clove
3. Lemon juice, or more to taste - 2 tablespoons
4. Tahini - 1 1/2 tablespoons
5. Ground cumin, or more to taste - 1/2 1/2 teaspoon
6. Salt, or more to taste - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Cayenne pepper, or more to taste - 1/8 teaspoon
8. Paprika, or as needed - 1/4 teaspoon
9. Greek olives - 10

How to cook deliciously - Black Bean Hummus

1. Stage

Drain beans and reserve liquid.

2. Stage

Place garlic into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until minced. Add black beans, 2 tablespoons bean liquid, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper; process until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.

3. Stage

Taste and add additional bean liquid, lemon juice, tahini, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper as needed. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika. Arrange Greek olives over top.
