2. Low-fat vanilla yogurt - 1 cup
3. Low-fat milk - 1 cup
4. Frozen blueberries, or to taste - ½ cup
5. Ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
6. White sugar, or to taste - 1 tablespoon

Blend ice in a blender until crumbly; add yogurt, milk, blueberries, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Taste smoothie and add desired amount of sugar; blend.
