Ingredients for - Broccoli-Cauliflower Cashew Salad
1. 2/3 cup fresh cauliflowerets -
2. 2/3 cup fresh broccoli florets -
3. 1/2 cup chopped zucchini -
4. 1/3 cup canned garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained -
6. 3 tablespoons chopped red onion -
7. 2 tablespoons plain yogurt -
12. 3 tablespoons chopped cashews -
How to cook deliciously - Broccoli-Cauliflower Cashew Salad
1. Stage
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, celery seed, salt and pepper. Pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat.
2. Stage
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled. Just before serving, stir in cashews.
