1. 2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce, divided -
2. 2 teaspoons ground cumin -
3. 2 teaspoons chili powder -
4. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
6. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
7. 1 pound lean ground turkey -
8. 4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split -
9. 1 cup shredded lettuce -
10. 2 celery ribs, chopped -
11. 2 tablespoons fat-free blue cheese salad dressing -

How to cook deliciously - Buffalo Turkey Burgers

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon hot sauce with the cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties.

In a large nonstick skillet, cook burgers over medium heat 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165°.

Serve burgers on buns with lettuce, celery, salad dressing and remaining hot sauce.
