1. 1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean) -
2. 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt -
3. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder -
4. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
5. 2 celery ribs, chopped -
6. 1 can (16 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained -
7. 1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped -
8. 1 can (28 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained -
9. 3-1/2 cups water -
10. 4 teaspoons beef bouillon granules -
11. Minced fresh parsley -

How to cook deliciously - Cabbage and Beef Soup

1. Stage

In a Dutch oven, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients except parsley.

2. Stage

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. Garnish with parsley.
