2. Onion, thinly sliced - 1
3. Leek, thinly sliced - 1
4. Potato, cubed - 1
5. Broccoli florets - ½ cup
6. Shredded cabbage - ⅓ cup
7. Vegetable broth - 2 cups
8. Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste - 2 cups
