Ingredients for - Cashew Chicken Salad with Grapes

1. Rotini pasta 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Cubed cooked chicken 4 cups
3. Pineapple tidbits, drained 1 (20 ounce) can
4. Sliced celery 1 ½ cups
5. Seedless green grapes, halved 1 cup
6. Seedless red grapes, halved 1 cup
7. Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw ½ cup
8. Dried cranberries 1 (6 ounce) package
9. Ranch dressing 1 cup
10. Mayonnaise ⅔ cup
11. Cashews 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Cashew Chicken Salad with Grapes

1 . Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and run under cold water. Drain again and transfer to a large bowl.

2 . Stage

Add chicken, pineapple tidbits, celery, green and red grapes, green onions, and cranberries; mix to combine.

3 . Stage

Stir ranch dressing and mayonnaise together in a second bowl until well mixed. Add to pasta mixture and stir to coat.

4 . Stage

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
