1. Hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved 12
2. Mayonnaise ¼ cup
3. Rice wine vinegar 3 tablespoons
4. Sweet pickle relish 3 tablespoons
5. Yellow mustard, or more to taste 3 tablespoons
6. White sugar 1 tablespoon
7. Cayenne pepper, divided ¼ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper, divided ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Classic Southern Deviled Eggs

1 . Stage

Remove egg yolks and place into a mixing bowl. Set whites aside. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, relish, mustard, sugar, cayenne, and black pepper to the yolks; mix well with a fork.

2 . Stage

Place mixture into a small resealable zip-top bag and snip the end off one of the corners. Pipe mixture into the egg whites. Sprinkle tops with more black pepper and cayenne. Chill until ready to serve.
