1. 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted -
2. 1 cup sour cream -
3. 1/2 cup 2% milk -
4. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese -
5. 1/2 cup butter, melted, divided -
6. 1 package (30 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed -
7. 1 cup cornflake crumbs -
8. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese -

How to cook deliciously - Cheesy Potato Casserole

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Then, in a large bowl, combine the mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the butter. Stir in the hash browns. Once combined, transfer everything to a greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the Cornflake crumbs, Parmesan cheese and the remaining butter, mixing until the ingredients are just combined. Sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 45 to 50 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted to your liking.
