7. Cooked turkey, cut crosswise into thin strips 1 ounce

9. Cheddar cheese, cut into strips ½ ounce
10. Swiss cheese, cut into strips ½ ounce
11. Hard-boiled egg, sliced 1 large
12. Cooked bacon, crumbled 1 slice
13. Ranch dressing 1 tablespoon

1 . Stage

Place torn lettuce leaves on a dinner plate.
