Ingredients for - Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

1. 3 cups uncooked whole wheat spiral pasta (about 8 ounces) -
2. 6 cups torn romaine -
3. 3 cups coarsely shredded rotisserie chicken -
4. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped -
5. 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese -
6. 1/2 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing -
7. 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted -
8. Caesar salad croutons, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta, then rinse the noodles under cool water and drain again. Place the pasta in a large bowl. Editor’s Tip: If you don’t have the other ingredients already prepped and ready to go, the pasta may stick together as it sits. Prevent this by drizzling in a tiny bit of olive oil and giving it a toss.

2. Stage

Add in the chopped romaine, chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, slivered almonds and, if you'd like, the croutons. Toss everything together and serve immediately.
