1. Butter, softened - 1 cup
2. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
3. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
4. Packed brown sugar - 1 cup
5. Salt - 1 pinch
6. Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
7. Chopped pecans - ¾ cup

How to cook deliciously - Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, beat together butter, vanilla, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and salt and mix into the butter mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans. Mix until well blended.

Press batter into a 15x10-inch jelly roll pan.
