Ingredients for - Chickpea Cookie Dough

1. Chickpeas, drained - 1 (15 ounce) can
2. Peanut butter - ½ cup
3. Pure maple syrup, or to taste - ½ cup
4. All-purpose flour - 3 tablespoons
5. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
6. Salt - ⅛ teaspoon
7. Vegan chocolate chips - ½ cup
8. Peanuts - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Chickpea Cookie Dough

1. Stage

Combine chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, flour, vanilla, and salt in a powerful blender, such as a Vitamix®. Blend until smooth, using tamper if needed. Scoop into a bowl.

Stir in chocolate chips and peanuts. Roll mixture into balls.
