How to cook deliciously - Milk sweets
1. Stage
Pour sugar into a deep skillet with a thick bottom and pour milk. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly.
2. Stage
As soon as the mixture thickens and becomes pale brown, decreases in volume, becomes covered with a barely noticeable crust, and the first signs of brownish spots appear at the bottom, milk sugar is ready.
3. Stage
Fill silicone molds with the mixture. Cool milk sweets and lay out from the mold.
