Ingredients for - Peking cabbage

1. Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
2. Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
3. Brandy - 1 tbsp
4. Ginger root - 2 Cm.
5. Chilli - 1 PC.
6. Bell pepper - 1 PC.
7. Carrot - 120 gram
8. Champignon - 200 gram
9. Shrimp - 200 gram
10. Chinese cabbage - 1 PC.

How to cook deliciously - Peking cabbage

1. Stage

Throw chopped hot pepper, grated ginger into the pan and quickly fry, literally a minute, or even less.

2. Stage

Next, add grated carrots and chopped paprika, a little vegetable oil with a long straw.

3. Stage

Fry for a few minutes and put in a bowl. In the pan again, a little butter and mushrooms + brandy cut into thin slices. Stir fry for a couple of minutes and spread to the vegetables. Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, remove the stalk and chop in strips.
