How to cook deliciously - Orange jam

Orange jam turns out to be quite thick, tasty and with a slight bitterness, as it should be in the classic orange jam. Cooking is not too difficult, but of course it will take time. If you do not like bitterness, then put a little less zest because it gives bitterness, only then be sure to add sugar in the specified proportions in step 4. This jam is perfect for tea on bread, as well as for baking or desserts.
