How to cook deliciously - Cottage cheese pudding with fruit and cream
1. Stage
Boil 350 grams of milk, add semolina in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Boil until thickened. Cool the semolina. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or with a blender

Beat the eggs with the sugar into a fluffy foam. Beat for about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked semolina to the cottage cheese, mix well. Add the beaten eggs and vanilla, mix with a spatula.

Grate the zest of one lemon, cut the apple and pear into small cubes. Add everything to the cottage cheese and mix thoroughly. Place the curd mass in a greased mould. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The finished pudding should ripple lightly. Let the casserole cool.

Pour half a bag of dry cream and powdered sugar into the cold milk (125 ml), whip the cream, following the instructions on the package. Spread the ready cream on the cooled pudding, smooth it out and leave in the fridge for an hour.
