How to cook deliciously - Crab Dip
1. Stage
Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat cream the first 8 ingredients until smooth. Stir in crab and 1 cup cheese. Spread into a greased 9-in. pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.

Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted, 25-30 minutes. If desired, sprinkle with additional chives.
