Ingredients for - Crab Melt

1. 1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed -
2. 3 tablespoons mayonnaise -
3. 5 teaspoons minced celery -
4. 1 tablespoon minced green onion -
5. 2 English muffins, split -
6. 4 slices tomato -
7. 4 slices cheddar cheese (1/2 ounce each) -
8. 4 slices Monterey Jack cheese (1/2 ounce each) -
9. Paprika -

How to cook deliciously - Crab Melt

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the crab, mayonnaise, celery and onion.

2. Stage

Place the muffins on an ungreased baking sheet and broil them 4 to 6 inches from the heat, until toasted.

3. Stage

Spread each muffin with half the crab mixture, top it with the tomato and cheeses, then sprinkle with paprika. Broil the sandwiches until the cheese is bubbly.
