Ingredients for - Zucchini Souffle

1. Flour - 1 cup
2. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
3. Eggs - 4
4. Vegetable oil - ½ cup
5. Onion, chopped - 1
6. Zucchini, peeled and diced - 2 pounds
7. Salt and pepper to taste - 2 pounds
8. Paprika - 2 pounds
9. Chopped fresh parsley - 2 pounds

How to cook deliciously - Zucchini Souffle

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Sift flour and baking powder together into a bowl. Lightly beat eggs, and mix them into the flour with the oil. Stir in the onion and zucchini, and season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a well-greased 9x13 inch baking dish, and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.

3. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for one hour.
