2. 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber -
3. 2 tablespoons chopped sweet red pepper -
4. 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper -
5. 1 tablespoon sliced green onion -
6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery -
7. 1/4 teaspoon seafood seasoning -
8. 2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise -
9. 2 whole wheat pita pocket halves -

1. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the crab, cucumber, peppers, onion, celery and seafood seasoning. Stir in mayonnaise. Fill pita halves with crab mixture.
