1. 2 cups canned crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed -
2. 1/2 cup minced green onions -
3. 1/2 cup diced celery -
4. 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper -
5. 1 tablespoon ground mustard -
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
8. 2 teaspoons celery seed -
9. Sauce: -
10. 1/3 cup mayonnaise -
11. 1/3 cup sour cream -
12. 1/3 cup chili sauce -
13. 2 teaspoons lemon juice -
14. 2 cups shredded lettuce -
15. 4 hard-boiled large eggs, sliced -
16. 4 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges -

How to cook deliciously - Crab Salad Supreme

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the crab, vegetables and seasonings. Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, chili sauce and lemon juice; pour over salad and gently toss to coat.

2. Stage

Arrange lettuce on four individual plates or serving plate. Top with crab salad; garnish with eggs and tomatoes. Refrigerate until serving.
