Ingredients for - Maple-Glazed Salmon

1. 6 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) -
2. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar -
3. 1/4 cup maple syrup -
4. 3 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
5. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -
6. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
7. 4 teaspoons sliced almonds, toasted, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Maple-Glazed Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425°. Place salmon fillets in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, syrup, soy sauce, mustard and pepper. Pour over salmon.

2. Stage

Cover and bake 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 8-10 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with almonds if desired.
