2. Plain yogurt - 1 (6 ounce) container
3. Mayonnaise - ½ cup
4. Finely chopped cilantro - ½ cup
5. Chopped red onion - ⅓ cup
6. Lime, juiced - 1
7. Minced garlic - 1 tablespoon
8. Avocados - peeled, pitted, and diced - 2
9. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 2

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and let cool.
