1. 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened -
2. 1/4 cup mayonnaise -
3. 1 tablespoon snipped fresh dill -
4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice -
5. 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper -
8. 1/8 teaspoon pepper -
9. 2 large cucumbers, seeded and chopped -
10. 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper -
11. 1/4 cup chopped onion -
12. 1/4 cup pimiento-stuffed olives, chopped -
13. 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley -
14. 12 slices whole wheat bread -
15. Cucumber slices and fresh dill sprigs, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Cucumber Tea Sandwiches

1. Stage

In a small bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until blended. Stir in the cucumbers, red pepper, onion, olives and parsley. Chill for up to 2 hours.

2. Stage

Remove crusts from bread; cut each slice into 4 triangles. Spread with cream cheese mixture. If desired, garnish with cucumber slices and dill sprigs.
