Cucumbers pickled in watermelon

Put the watermelon in a suitable container for stability, cut off the lid and select the pulp.

At the bottom we put garlic and hot pepper slices.

Cucumbers trim off the ends and put them in layers.

Each layer is interspersed with garlic and herbs... I also put bell peppers.

Fill the whole watermelon in this way.

Grind watermelon flesh, do not remove the bones, they give crispness cucumbers.

In the process add about half a tablespoon of salt. When the pulp is shredded, add as much more. It turns out about a tablespoon in total, but my husband thought it was not enough, you can take more, especially if the watermelon is sweet.

Cover the cucumbers on top with herbs and pour the juice of the watermelon cucumbers, add some pulp and pips
