Ingredients for - Curried Cauliflower

1. Cauliflower, broken into small florets - 1 large head
2. Condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 (10.75 ounce) can
3. Mayonnaise - ¾ cup
4. Milk - ¼ cup
5. Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
6. Wheat crackers - 12
7. Melted butter - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Curried Cauliflower

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Place cauliflower in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm. Drain, and place in a greased casserole dish.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, mix together soup, mayonnaise, milk, and curry powder. Pour over cauliflower. Crush crackers, and mix with butter. Sprinkle over cauliflower.

4. Stage

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
