3. 1/2 cup Rice Krispies -
4. 1/4 cup golden raisins -
5. 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro -
6. 2 teaspoons curry powder -
7. 1/2 teaspoon salt -
8. 1 pound lean ground chicken -
9. Sauce: -
10. 1 cup plain yogurt -
11. 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro -
12. WRAPS: -
13. 24 small Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves -
14. 1 medium carrot, shredded -
15. 1/2 cup golden raisins -
16. 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts -
17. Additional minced fresh cilantro -

How to cook deliciously - Curried Chicken Meatball Wraps

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients. Add chicken; mix lightly but thoroughly. With wet hands, shape mixture into 24 balls (about 1-1/4-in.).

Place meatballs on a greased rack in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake 17-20 minutes or until cooked through.

In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. To serve, place 2 teaspoons sauce and 1 meatball in each lettuce leaf; top with remaining ingredients.
