Ingredients for - Easy Artichoke Pasta

1. Small uncooked seashell pasta - 4 ounces
2. Butter - 3 tablespoons
3. Extra virgin olive oil - 2 ½ tablespoons
4. Artichoke hearts, drained and quartered - 1 (8 ounce) can
5. Garlic - 2 cloves
6. Fresh basil, chopped - 1 sprig

How to cook deliciously - Easy Artichoke Pasta

1. Stage

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Stage

While the pasta is cooking, heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat until butter melts. Add artichoke hearts, garlic, and basil; cook and stir until heated through, about 5 minutes.

3. Stage

Drain pasta. Add to the skillet and toss with artichoke mixture.
