3. Onion, chopped - 1
4. All-purpose flour - 2 ½ cups
5. White sugar - 2 tablespoons
6. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
7. Salt - 1 teaspoon
8. Milk - ¾ cup
9. Ketchup - ¾ cup
10. Butter, melted - ½ cup
11. Eggs, lightly beaten - 2
12. Yellow mustard - 1 tablespoon
13. Shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 cups

How to cook deliciously - Easy Cheeseburger Mini Muffins

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray 24 mini-muffin cups with cooking spray.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onions in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool.
