Ingredients for - Easy Ramp Pesto

1. Ramps leaves, rinsed and dried - 1 ¼ cups
2. Pine nuts - 2 tablespoons
3. Garlic, peeled and chopped - 1 clove
4. Extra-virgin olive oil - 10 tablespoons
5. Finely grated Parmesan cheese - 1 ¼ cups
6. Salt to taste - 1 ¼ cups

How to cook deliciously - Easy Ramp Pesto

1. Stage

Combine ramp leaves, pine nuts, and garlic in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. With the food processor running, add olive oil and process everything until smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl and mix in grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt to taste.
