Ingredients for - Savoy Cabbage Salad

1. Savoy cabbage, stem and tough outer leaves removed - ⅓ large
2. Pear, sliced into bite-sized pieces (with peel) - 1 small
3. Lemon juice - ½ teaspoon
4. Raw walnut halves - ½ cup
5. Pecorino Romano cheese, cut into small chunks - 2 ounces
6. Coarsely ground black pepper - 1 teaspoon
7. Extra-virgin olive oil - ⅛ cup
8. Champagne vinegar - 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Savoy Cabbage Salad

1. Stage

Slice savoy cabbage into bite-sized pieces and put into a large salad bowl.

2. Stage

Sprinkle pear pieces with lemon juice and toss to coat. Add to savoy cabbage. Sprinkle with walnuts and Pecorino Romano cheese. Season with pepper and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and champagne vinegar. Toss salad and serve.
