Ingredients for - Savoy Cabbage Salad

1. Savoy cabbage, stem and tough outer leaves removed ⅓ large
2. Pear, sliced into bite-sized pieces (with peel) 1 small
3. Lemon juice ½ teaspoon
4. Raw walnut halves ½ cup
5. Pecorino Romano cheese, cut into small chunks 2 ounces
6. Coarsely ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
7. Extra-virgin olive oil ⅛ cup
8. Champagne vinegar 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Savoy Cabbage Salad

1 . Stage

Slice savoy cabbage into bite-sized pieces and put into a large salad bowl.

2 . Stage

Sprinkle pear pieces with lemon juice and toss to coat. Add to savoy cabbage. Sprinkle with walnuts and Pecorino Romano cheese. Season with pepper and drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and champagne vinegar. Toss salad and serve.
