1. Blue cheese, crumbled - ¼ cup
2. Vegetable oil - 1 cup
3. Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
4. White wine vinegar - ¼ cup
5. Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
6. Seasoning salt - 2 teaspoons
7. White sugar - 1 teaspoon
8. Dry mustard - ½ teaspoon
9. Hot sauce to taste - ½ teaspoon
10. Fresh mushrooms, stems removed - 2 cups

1. Stage

In a medium bowl, mix together the blue cheese, vegetable oil, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, garlic, seasoning salt, white sugar, dry mustard and hot sauce. Stir in the mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving.
