2. Garlic powder - ½ teaspoon
3. Salt - ½ teaspoon
4. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon
5. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch cubes - 1 pound
6. Vegetable oil, divided - 3 tablespoons
7. Celery ribs, sliced - 3
8. Green bell peppers, diced - 2
9. Onion, chopped - 1
10. Ketchup - ½ cup
11. Lemon juice - ½ cup
12. Crushed pineapple with syrup - ½ cup
13. Packed brown sugar - ⅓ cup

How to cook deliciously - Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

1. Stage

Combine flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Roll chicken in flour mixture to coat.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate.
