4. Tomatoes, sliced 1 ¾ pounds
5. Salt to taste 1 ¾ pounds
6. Grated Parmesan cheese, divided 1 ¼ cups
7. Sour cream 9 ounces

1 . Stage

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-low heat and cook onion and parsley until soft, about 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a casserole dish with butter.
