1. Enoki mushrooms 8 ounces
2. Sesame oil 1 teaspoon
3. Clove garlic, finely chopped 1 large
4. Low-sodium soy sauce (such as Bragg®) 1 teaspoon
5. Finely grated fresh ginger ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Enoki Mushrooms

1 . Stage

Cut the bottom 2 inches off mushrooms and discard. Separate mushroom strands gently.

2 . Stage

Heat oil in a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until just fragrant, about 1 minute. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until they begin to wilt, about 2 minutes. Add soy sauce and ginger; toss to coat. Cook 1 to 2 minutes more.
