1. Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
2. Onion, chopped - 1 small
3. Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
4. Grated fresh ginger - ½ teaspoon
5. Garlic salt - ¼ teaspoon
6. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - 4
7. Curry powder - 3 tablespoons
8. Chicken bouillon granules - 1 teaspoon
9. Ground thyme - 1 teaspoon
10. Water - 2 cups
11. Potato, cubed - 1
12. Green bell pepper, chopped - 1

How to cook deliciously - Filipino Chicken Curry

1. Stage

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in onion, garlic, ginger, and garlic salt. Add chicken breasts. Mix in curry powder; cook chicken until white, about 5 minutes. Add chicken bouillon and thyme.

Pour water into the saucepan once chicken has browned. Add potatoes and simmer until softened, about 10 minutes. Stir in green bell pepper and simmer for 5 more minutes.
