2. Cold milk ½ cup
3. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
4. Salt ⅛ teaspoon
5. Heavy cream 1 pint

1 . Stage

Stir together condensed milk, cold milk, vanilla, and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.
