Ingredients for - Fresh Dill Pasta Salad

1. Seashell pasta - 1 (8 ounce) package
2. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
3. Sour cream - ¼ cup
4. Lemon juice - 1 ½ tablespoons
5. Dijon mustard - 1 ½ tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh dill weed - ¼ cup
7. Ground black pepper - ¼ teaspoon
8. Small shrimp, drained - 2 (4 ounce) cans
9. Chopped celery - ½ cup
10. Chopped seeded cucumber - ½ cup
11. Tomatoes, diced - 2
12. Minced shallot - 3 tablespoons
13. Salt to taste - 3 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Dill Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until tender, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water to cool.

2. Stage

In a serving bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, mustard, dill and black pepper. Gently stir in the pasta, shrimp, celery, cucumber, tomato and shallots. Mix in salt to taste and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
