3. Peeled, cored and sliced pear - ¾ cup
4. Blueberries - ½ cup
5. Pitted and sliced cherries - ½ cup
6. Pitted and sliced plums - ½ cup
7. Egg - 1
8. White sugar - ¾ cup
9. Milk - ¼ cup
10. All-purpose flour - 1 cup
11. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
12. Salt - ½ teaspoon
13. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
14. Butter, melted - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Fresh Fruit Cobbler

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2-quart baking dish.

Arrange peaches, apple, pear, blueberries, cherries, and plums in the prepared baking dish. In a medium bowl, beat egg, sugar, and milk. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into egg mixture. Stir in vanilla and melted butter. Cover fruit with batter mixture.
