Ingredients for - Fried Pie Crust

1. Butter - ½ cup
2. Flaked coconut - ½ cup
3. All-purpose flour - ¾ cup
4. Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Fried Pie Crust

1. Stage

Combine butter, coconut, flour and brown sugar in a sauce pan. Cook on medium heat until a rich brown color, stirring frequently.

2. Stage

Pour into pie plate and press out to edges evenly with a fork.

Allow to cool before filling.
